Tight security control on Israeli border

At the time we were there, the peace treaties between Jordan and Israel had just been signed. The border was open to vehicles, but soon after we crossed it, it closed again. Not that we had anything to do with that.

Every single item was taken out of the vehicle for security control. The search lasted 6 hours. The officials just couldn't believe that each time they lifted something, there was something else underneath.
